The latest rumor floating around the coconut telegraph, is that the new satellite town is to be a response to the many health requests to deal with the AIDS problem in Belize. The biggest concentration of AIDS victims is in the port of Belize City. With continuous indiscriminate sex, they are spreading the slow burning life consuming plague around the old port town at an alarming rate. Cuba has a system, where if you are identified with AIDS, they place you in a new home in a village like compound. All you health needs, food and lodging and such, are looked after within the compound. You can even have sex with other inmates if that is your desire. You are free to travel and visit family outside the compound. But you are expected to sleep there every night. The rumor floating on the coconut telegraph, is that the AIDS problem in Belize is going to be treated Cuban style. The city built with Cuban factory houses is going to be a FREE destination for people with AIDS. They will be supported there for the remainder of their plague ridden life by the government. Estimated time, about 10 years for each plague victim. The current death rate in the port Belize City from the AIDS plague is now one a day.
